OUR SERVICES Kingee Global Services specializes in the planning, development, commissioning, and operational support of reproductive healthcare facilities and related healthcare infrastructure. Our services include: • Fertility clinic and IVF center setup • Embryology and andrology laboratory design and development • Diagnostic laboratory setup • Medical facility planning and project management • Equipment specification and procurement support • Facility commissioning and operational readiness • SOP and quality management system development • Staff recruitment support and training • Healthcare business consulting and feasibility studies • Accreditation readiness and regulatory advisory support All information provided on this website is for general business and informational purposes only and does not constitute medical, legal, financial, or regulatory advice. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY Kingee Global services retain ownership of all proprietary materials developed during engagements, including: • Facility designs • Workflow concepts • SOP templates • Training materials • Quality management systems • Feasibility studies • Operational manuals • Proprietary methodologies Clients are granted a limited license to use project deliverables solely for the intended facility. CONFIDENTIALITY Kingee Global recognizes the sensitive nature of healthcare and fertility projects. Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding: • Business plans • Financial information • Clinical protocols • Laboratory processes • Equipment specifications • Patient-related information disclosed during projects • Proprietary business information Confidentiality obligations remain in force after project completion. THIRD-PARTY SUPPLIERS Kingee Global may recommend, source, or coordinate products and services from manufacturers, distributors, contractors, and consultants. While we exercise reasonable care in supplier selection, we do not manufacture equipment and cannot guarantee the performance, delivery timelines, warranties, or conduct of independent third parties. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY Kingee Global does not guarantee: • Regulatory approval • Accreditation outcomes • Business profitability • Patient volume • Clinical success rates • IVF treatment outcomes To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kingee Global shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our services. TERMINATION Either party may terminate a project engagement in accordance with the applicable service agreement. The client remains responsible for payment for work completed and expenses incurred up to the date of termination. GOVERNING LAW These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY Last Updated: 09/06/25 CONSULTING SERVICES Professional consulting services, feasibility studies, facility assessments, strategic planning sessions, and advisory engagements are non-refundable once delivered. PROJECT DEPOSITS Deposits paid for fertility clinic development, IVF laboratory setup, facility planning, procurement support, commissioning, and related projects become non-refundable once work has commenced. PROJECT CANCELLATION Where a client cancels a project: • Payment shall be due for all completed work. • Expenses already incurred shall be payable. • Procurement commitments already made shall remain the client's responsibility. • Any eligible refund shall be calculated after deducting work completed and committed costs. EQUIPMENT PROCUREMENT Many fertility and laboratory equipment items are custom ordered, imported, or manufactured to specification. Accordingly: • Special-order equipment is generally non-refundable. • Equipment returns are subject to manufacturer and supplier policies. • Restocking, shipping, customs, and handling charges may apply. TRAINING PROGRAMS Training cancellations made more than seven (7) days before commencement may qualify for rescheduling or partial refund. Cancellations within seven (7) days may be subject to administrative charges. COMPANY CANCELLATION If Kingee Global is unable to deliver contracted services due to circumstances within our control, clients may be offered: • Rescheduling • Service credits • Appropriate refunds REFUND PROCESSING Approved refunds will typically be processed within fourteen (14) to thirty (30) business days. NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS The following are generally non-refundable: • Completed consulting services • Feasibility studies • Facility designs • SOP development • Training materials • Imported equipment orders • Customized deliverables • Supplier commitments already made
